Vice City Patch Skimmer
To get to the vigilante mission 12 and get 150 armor easily, all you have to do is enter a police vehicle (Rhino recommended as it is a strong vehicle), start the vigilante mission, get out of the vehicle, activate the cheat 'big bang', by doing this the target's car blasts (including your police vehicle, so make sure you are far enough to not get killed). Now spawn the Rhino activating the cheat 'panzer' get inside it and repeat doing it until you get enough money (be sure to get back in the Rhino before the time runs out). Enter one of the following codes during game play or at the pause menu toactivate the corresponding cheat function. Black Voodoo Steal it during the Two Bit Hit Mission. Bloodring Banger Complete the Bloodring event at Hyman Memorial Stadium and two will spawn in the nearby parking lot. BP/EP/DP/FP Admiral Steal it during the Guardian Angels mission.
Vice City Patch Skimmer Replacement
Deluxo Complete the first list of cars at the car showroom and it will spawn on the first floor. The list is on the wall down by the garages. Hotring Racer Complete the fourth list of cars at the car showroom and it will spawn on the second floor. Hunter Collect all 100 hidden packages or complete all of the main story missions and it will spawn at Fort Baxter Air Base.
Love Fist Limo Take it to a garage during one of the Love Fist missions in which you drive the limo. Rhino Collect 90 hidden packages and it will spawn at Fort Baxter Air Base.

Also make sure your C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vice City folder and all of it's files within are not set to read only, if they are img edit will not work and you will not be able to edit any file in that folder. I would also like to add that the models created by De Espona are converted into LOCKED DFF files and can/should never be reopened again. So use of these models in other applications is impossible/ not allowed. If you like these models and would like to use them for other applications then you may purchase them from the De Espona 3d model enciclopedia (www.deespona.com) To install: First: open your gta3.img file in your C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vice Citymodels folder with img edit. (Download this if you don't have it.) Then delete skimmer.txd and skimmer.dff. Then click add and add in the new skimmer.txd and skimmer.dff. (Always delete and add instead of replace when changing dff's and txd's with any img edit program, the replace option does not work.) Second: load your vehicles.col file located in your C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vice Citymodelscoll folder into a GTA Vice City Collision Editor.
(Download this if you don't have it.) Then delete the skimmer.col file and import the new skimmer.col file. Then click save and close the collision editor.
Third: Open your Handling.cfg located in your C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto Vice CityData folder with notepad.
